The deck built at the time of new construction barely fit a small cafe style table and bbq grille. The size of the original deck is shown at the left. The new deck located in Crestmont Manor, a townhouse community in Hillsborough, has an overall dimension of 12x18. The size and style met the townhouse community restrictions.

The deck is constructed from pressure treated "top choice" lumber throughout. The square footage of the deck allows for an oversized table for the large family gatherings. Some of the furniture was already set up prior to taking the pictures. A natural gas bbq grille permanently secured to the deck eliminates the need for tank refills.
